2025 Approaches
Help Us Sustain Our Programs and Prepare for the Growing Demand Ahead
Keeping children safe from sexual harm is needed more than ever, and we remain the only service of its kind in the U.S.
Stop It Now! has made critical strides towards preventing child sexual abuse, or CSA. Our efforts continue to shape national and global strategies for CSA prevention, influencing discussions and actions on what can and must be done to protect children. We are proud to serve as a model and inspiration for the few global perpetration programs that exist.
In the coming weeks, expect updates and giving opportunities from us via our mailing list that focus on our core public-facing, free services including the WhatsOK? helpline and website for youth as well as the Stop It Now! helpline and website for those seeking easily accessible guidance, support and prevention resources. We look forward to sharing stories with you, demonstrating how these services make a difference in the lives of children and youth.
2024's Founder's Award Recipient and long-time Now! collaborator and friend, Joan Tabachnick, was interviewed about the development and importance of prevention practices, and about her journey towards becoming so crucially involved in the work of child sexual abuse prevention.
New Circles of Safety child sex abuse prevention training courses will be announced in the new year!
WhatsOK, our service for youth 14 - 21 years old, has released a newly updated infographic summarizing the progress the program has made!
